What is the approximate TAT?

Necklaces that are RTS will ship out in 3-5 business days. PO & Customs ship in 2-3 weeks unless otherwise stated. On Hand Felties will ship within 7 business days. PO Felties ship in 2-3 weeks unless otherwise stated. Handmade clothing ships in 45-50 business days unless otherwise stated. These times do not include holidays or weekends. Shipping times are also not included in this timeframe. Allow up to 7 business days for your order to show initial scan once you receive tracking. You can stay up to date on order timelines in our Facebook Group!

 

What is your refund/cancellation policy?

We do not allow cancellations after an order is placed. Due to the nature of our products ALL sales are FINAL. If there’s an error on my part(wrong size, item, etc.) let us know within 48hrs of delivery to receive store credit. No exchanges or cash refunds will be given. No exceptions.

 

Do items sell out?

Items do sell out occasionally. Necklaces & Felties I do try and restock if they seem popular and sell out fast. Fabrics for clothing are not available again once sold out unless I have extra. If something you like sells out you can screenshot it and save it for when customs open and order it then!

 

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes we are accepting Sezzle on orders over $35. Check out our How Sezzle Works page if your unfamiliar with how it works!

 

What if I can’t find what I need on the website?

If you need a custom item made you can email us at madalynnjanebowtique@yahoo.com or message our business page on Facebook.

 

How do I wash my items?

All clothing should be washed on delicate with cold water only or hand washed and hung to dry. I am not liable for any damages from an item being washed or dried. I am not liable for any damages or injuries from use. Items with small parts are not recommended for young children, as they can become a choking hazard. Necklaces should be worn with supervision at all times & removed while sleeping.

 

Please note, we occasionally use digital mock-ups for some item listings. Items will vary slightly in real life, no two item are the exact same as far as print placement goes. Colors may also vary slightly in real life from photos on the website.
